If your income tax return is audited, J&D Tax Services will, at no extra cost to you, submit a detailed letter explaining how your tax return was prepared together with copies of all information slips that were provided at the time your tax return was prepared even though we cannot act as your legal representative. Our employee training and system of safeguards are carefully designed to ensure the accuracy of your return. If we make any error in the preparation of your tax return that costs you any interest or penalty on additional taxes due, although we do not assume the liability for the additional taxes, we will reimburse you for the interest and penalty.
